Macau Kitchen is a restaurant in the heart of Edinburgh offering guests a unique dining experience of Progressive Macanese Cuisine. We are an independent business, run by chef patron Kei and Hoeyyn (Front of House). This restaurant is a representation of the interactions between Macanese and Malacca Portuguese cuisine, following the Portuguese along their Asian spice route, and the unique concept of Progressive Macanese Cuisine. 

At Macau Kitchen we have a classic Macanese and Malacca Portuguese menu. The fixed menu includes Macanese and Malacca Portuguese favourites (and customer favourites!). We also have a daily changing menu, our Progressive Macanese Menu, with two to five dishes that change daily, creating a unique challenge for the Chef.
