Booking Policy / Terms and Conditions


As a busy small restaurant, prompt reservations and arrivals are essential.


  • Arrival Times: We offer a 10-minute grace period for your arrival. Should you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, kindly contact us via text or WhatsApp at +447577667334. If we do not receive communication from you, we will need to release your table for walk-in guests. As a small establishment, we face challenges with no-shows, and your cooperation helps us manage this issue.


  • Allergies: Regrettably, due to the nature of our cuisine, we are unable to accommodate certain allergens, specifically garlic, onion, soy sauce, and shellfish. We appreciate your understanding and kindly request that you notify us of any other allergies or dietary needs when making your reservation.


  • Minimum Order: To maintain quality service in our small restaurant, which has limited seating, we kindly request a minimum order of one main course per person , as we navigate rising costs while maintaining the quality of your dining experience.


  • BYOB: We do not serve alcoholic beverages and operate a BYOB (bring your own bottle) policy for alcohol, with a corkage fee of £5 per bottle of wine and £3 per beer. This fee applies uniformly, regardless of the bottle's size or condition. Please be aware that we do not permit soft drinks or bubble tea.


  •  Booking Length: We allocate 1 hour and 30 minutes for parties of two or three, and 2 hours for groups of four or more. If you arrive late, the duration of your reservation will be adjusted accordingly. We kindly ask for your cooperation in vacating the table at the designated time to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and our staff.


  • Group Booking: We can accommodate groups of up to 6. A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required for bookings of 5 or more, the deposit will be deducted from your total bill. A 12.5% service charge will be applied.
