Chef's Table

The Chef's Table is a fully new concept, offered to only one table every night at 7pm with four dinners per table. It must be booked in advance, and is a three-hour multi course journey. The Chef's Table will be served seven dishes, along with one desserts (BYOB with corkage charge). The menu will vary for every table booked - please let us know your dietary requirements when booking. If a group of vegetarians would like to experience this table, we require a minimum of 10 days notice.

Your journey at Chef's Table

This table is a journey across the intermarriages between the settlements that directly influence Macanese cuisine. The Portuguese Spice Trade through Malacca, Goa, and Southern China resulted in a fusion of cuisines, celebrating 500 years with so many various cooking techniques and culinary heritage history.

At Chef's table we will be serving much more then a meal, our Chef will be taking care of the guests, telling stories of emotion, heritage and knowledge trough gastronomy and stirring emotions in those willing to try.
